Pyunkang Yul‘s Essence Toner is an intensely hydrating, nutrient-rich toner. The toner consists of 91.3 % Milk Vetch Root extract, full of skin-beneficial Betaine and Minerals. The gel-type toner quickly absorbs into skin to strengthen skin with its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nutrient-boosting properties. Fragrance, Dye and Irritant free.
