Pyunkang Yul‘s Mist Toner is a hydrating and cooling toner made of 91.9% Coptis Japonica root extract, a powerful antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory, energizing and nourishing properties. The mist can be used as a toner or as a refreshing mist throughout the day (goes perfectly over makeup). Quickly sinks in without leaving a residu on the skin.
